- Scottish Commission for Human Rights – no website yet, covers devolved human rights issues
- Equality and Human Rights Commission covers all equality issues in Scotland, and reserved human rights issues. Operates an equality and human rights helpline in Scotland.
- Scottish Information Commissioner covers Freedom of Information in Scotland
- UK Information Commissioner covers all UK Freedom of Information issues and all data protection issues
- Scottish Children and Young People’s Commissioner covers young people’s rights as defined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child
- Scottish Public Services Ombudsman covers complaints about public services in Scotland, including the NHS, local and central government, housing associations and most other public authorities
